Simulation Discussion

The hardest part of the Simulation Discussion was to agree with every one of the group because all of us have several opinions and above all different schedules. Also, we dialoged about which Social Media we are going to use to solve the problem.

Three important aspects that called my attention about this link are:

·         * The article says that some companies used a kind of "blog" to communicate with their employees because they want to improve the communications within the company by using social media.

·         * By using facebook, twitter, instagram and so on, all companies could promote their brands better than before.

·        * The social media in invidious in the workplace is a debated issues but also it's important to use it because companies need to integrate new technologies.

Flawless grammar

For a work position: It’s important because when a company is going to hire people, they need people who have an excellent grammar in speaking and writing English.

Short reflection about résumé

Write a short reflection of 30 words after your synchronous session.

The mistakes I should correct in my résumé are that I need to be more careful about white space. Also capitalized the first letter of each word in job position.
